TCRS is pleased to have hosted representatives from the Lutheran World Federation in Dar es Salaam for a meeting on the Rights Based Approach to humanitarian relief and development activities. The workshop was held at Tanzania Episcopal Conference (TEC) from 15th to 19th June 2009.
